Mitos Jewellery stand behind the quality of its products. However, it has to be treated with care and be used for the purpose it is designed for. Jewellery should be protected from detergents, toiletries, perfume and all other day to day substances that will harm it, including water.
To prolong the life of your Mitos jewellery, avoid knocks and dropping it. Take it off when sleeping, bathing or doing sports. Store your Mitos jewellery in its original packaging or in other suitable enclosure separate from other pieces to avoid tangling or scratching.
Mitos Jewellery can be cleaned using a very soft brush, lukewarm water, and mild detergent. The brush will remove dirt and grease from the grooves and stones. We recommend extreme caution when cleaning jewellery adorned with coral, pearls and gemstones. The hardness of these stones varies and their surface is not as strong as that of diamonds. Finally rinse and dry it carefully with a soft cloth.
